Welcome to SurfCDs - and the Longboard Contest Collection.
Within this site you will find previews of the Longboard Contest Collection CDs - interactive CDs containing collections of photos from longboard surfing contests held around Australia!
Each SurfCD contains photographs, reviews, results and other informative information about the event covered - produced in the format of a web site - then transferred to CD-ROM.
They are designed for viewing on a PC or Mac - using the computer's own web browser - so that the content (ie the photographs) can be easily saved, printed and shared, as well as viewed on the computer's monitor. The CDs also contain links to selected Internet sites and these can be accessed if the viewer has a current internet connection.

From the pages on this site, you can - preview and buy the CDs; read what they're all about; check out the talents of the Footprints
team and preview some other projects; or head off to the photographers'
sites to check out some more photos of the contests they have covered in conjunction with SurfCDs.
You can to preview a selection of our CDs by taking the "Preview the CDs" link on the right, then selecting the event to be previewed. You can Buy a CD from that event page - and the page will also provide you with details of other related material (such as selected photos and sample pages) you can view on this site.
All photos on the SurfCDs were captured by professional surf photographers and are available individually from their web sites. Individual photographers' details can be found on the CDs and on this site.
